It is clear that everyone was born whole, perfect in his or her own way, and full of pure potential. If you need any evidence, just look at any newborn child. He is born ready to live a trusting, loving, creative, happy and peaceful existence. Then life happens, and we forget.
But there’s a new way to remember, which is directly reflected in the principles and beliefs that guide our work:
- Wholeness: we are already whole, perfect, and full of potential; we’ve just forgotten.
- Awareness: every thought, emotion, behavior and problem that gets in your way is a gentle invitation to awaken to a deeper sense of wholeness.
- Consciousness: wholeness is remembered through continuous self-awareness, truth telling and healing, which leads to a life of embodied consciousness.
